SEX: How Bayelsa Poly Rector slumped, died in Delta hotel

The Acting Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Ekowe in Bayelsa State, Mr Udele Emuhohwo, has reportedly slumped and died few hours after he allegedly checked into a hotel with a girl suspected to be his lover in Ughelli, headquarters of Ughelli North in Delta State.
Sources at the Ughelli Police Area Command told our correspondent on Tuesday that the incident occurred last week Thursday.
Emuhohwo whose appointment was still awaiting confirmation by the federal government was said to have arrived the hotel (name withheld) with the lady said to be in her early 20s, who is also a student of the polytechnic.
Some sources said the late rector had been a regular costumer in the hotel and was said to have been making love with his girlfriend when the incident happened as he was found naked in his hotel room by the time officials of the hotel rushed to the scene of the incident.
He was confirmed dead when management of the hotel rushed him to a private clinic situated around the hotel.
A source told our correspondent that the rector had history of High Blood Pressure and that it could be what led to his death.
The man had booked for ‘short-time’ before he met his untimely death, a police source also said.
Another source within the A Division, Ughelli, said the late rector who was also a traditional chief was in his late 50s.
“What we were told was that the man (rector) was a regular customer in the hotel but on that fateful day he decided to book for short-time. Few hours later the officials of the hotel heard someone screaming for help and it was discovered to be the rector who had just lodged a few hours ago.
“The hotel workers did their best to revive him but before they got to the private hospital where he was rushed he was already dead. We don’t know what killed him and we were unsure whether he was having romp of sex when he collapsed,” a female police officer told our correspondent.
Emuhohwo’s lover reportedly fled the scene immediately officials of the clinic where he was rushed to confirmed him dead. It was gathered that the police were already trailing her for questioning as to what killed the man.
It was learnt that the corpse of the late rector has been deposited at the Ughelli Central Hospital pending the deceased’s family’s decision.
When our correspondent contacted the Ughelli Area Commander, ACP Usman Ndanbabo, on the incident, he was reffered to the Divisional Police Officer, who he  said was handling the case.
The A’ Division DPO, however, did not pick repeated calls to his telephone line.
Efforts to get official clarification from the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Andrew Aniamaka proved abortive as he neither picked calls nor replied SMS sent to his telephone line.
