Rihanna Gets New Shark Tattoo Inspired by Gift From Drake(Photo)

Rihanna is permanently inspired by Drake. Following the rapper’s concert in Miami on Wednesday night (where he and RiRi kissed for the crowd), the “Needed Me” singer added a camouflage shark tattoo to her collection of custom ink.
“Camo shark for my dear friend,” tattoo artist Bang Bang captioned a photo of RiRi’s new ankle tat.
And if that camo shark looks a little familiar, well it should. Drake  gave his Barbadian princess a plush camouflage shark earlier this summer. The rapper posted a selfie with Rihanna on Instagram prior to presenting her with the Video Vanguard Award at Sunday’s MTV VMAs, and if you look closely, you’ll notice the stuffed shark making a cameo in the corner of the shot.
Drake went on to declare his love for Rihanna on the VMA stage later that night. “She’s someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22 years old,” he gushed. “She’s one of my best friends in the world.”

Mexico president blasts Trump's policies as 'huge threat' after meeting

Mexico president blasts Trump's policies as 'huge threat' after meeting

Mexico's president rebuked Donald Trump as a threat to his country just hours after painting a positive picture of talks the two held on Wednesday to try to defuse tensions over the U.S. presidential hopeful's anti-Mexican campaign rhetoric.

President Enrique Pena Nieto had on Wednesday afternoon hailed as "open and constructive" the impromptu meeting he held with Trump, who later referred to the Mexican leader as his friend and a "wonderful" president.
But in a late evening television interview, an angry-looking Pena Nieto sought to defend himself against a broad swathe of criticism for his decision to invite the Republican candidate despite his repeated verbal attacks on Mexico.
"His policy stances could represent a huge threat to Mexico, and I am not prepared to keep my arms crossed and do nothing," Pena Nieto said. "That risk, that threat, must be confronted. I told him that is not the way to build a mutually beneficial relationship for both nations."
Trump's quick acceptance of an invitation sent last Friday took Mexico's government by surprise, and his visit to Mexico City came just hours ahead of a keynote speech on immigration as he sought to close the gap on Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
The real estate mogul's accusations that Mexico sends rapists and drug runners to the United States, and his threats to build a border wall and tear up trade deals, have angered the government but his meeting with Pena Nieto on Wednesday gave him a chance to present himself in a more moderate light.
He spoke of Mexican-Americans in glowing terms and stressed the areas of common interest between the two countries even as he stuck to his message that he would put up the wall.
Pena Nieto had likened Trump to dictators Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini earlier this year. But his government said Trump understood its concerns at the meeting, making Pena Nieto's tense appearance on television the more surprising.
"What we saw was a respectful attitude and discourse from Donald Trump," presidential spokesman Eduardo Sanchez had said earlier, arguing that progress was made on the issue of trade after prior threats by Trump to tear up the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
"I think there was an advance in general," he added.
Still, Trump laid out a series of tough policies to tackle illegal immigration when he delivered his speech in Phoenix, Arizona, on Wednesday night.
He told a cheering crowd that Mexico would pay for the wall "100 percent" and that if he wins the election anyone living illegally in the United States would be sent back to their home country and made to apply for re-entry.
That would include millions of Mexicans.
Opposition politicians in Mexico rounded on Pena Nieto for hosting Trump.
"Instead of making him apologize, the government allowed (Trump) to complete the humiliation of the Mexicans," Ricardo Anaya, leader of the center-right opposition National Action Party, said on Twitter.
WALL TO WALL
Some Mexican officials also privately expressed reservations about the meeting with one former diplomat saying Pena Nieto had done Trump's campaign a favor.
During a joint news conference after their meeting, Trump said he and Pena Nieto had not discussed his demand that Mexico pay for the border wall.
But Pena Nieto later contradicted Trump, saying he had told the American that Mexico would not foot the bill, and he bristled during his television interview when asked why he had not made that clear at the news conference.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, a Mexican government official said the two men spoke English during the meeting and that Pena Nieto clearly explained to Trump the offense his comments had caused.
"He's a candidate that offended a lot of Mexicans, so that's the chemistry there was (between them)," the official said.

Jonathan Is Responsible For Nigeria’s Current Problems – Jigawa Governor

Image result for jigawa state governor 2016 in pictures
The Jigawa State Governor, Abubakar Badaru, has blamed the current challenges facing Nigeria on the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Addressing reporters in Abuja, the governor said the signs of recession were obvious during the Jonathan’s administration but it carried on as if it was immune to them.
According to Badaru, “On this recession, you have to look at the history. We had signals towards end of 2013 to 2014, it has been there. We knew that it was coming but the past leaders did nothing to stop it.
“The problem with the past leaders was that they should have started cutting these expenditures from time.
“For instance, what Obasanjo did with the cement was good. We stopped importation of cement into Nigeria. Why do we have to import rice, maize, why do we have to import wheat? Why do have to import milk?
“At the time the going was good, the government was supposed to give credible intervention for us like what Obasanjo did with the cement to handle the production of rice. It is no magic.
“Even though they knew the danger was coming, they built an economy based on what we got. It’s just like you are now earning N1million and spending it all in that year without thinking of your retirement, without thinking of you falling sick, without thinking that your wife will give birth to another child and that you’ll take the child to school.
“That is what these past leaders did, knowing fully well that the problem started since 2013 and they could have planned to keep us intact at this time.
“For instance, we all know that when time was good, we were earning like $3 billion monthly and our expenditure profile for importation rose to $2.5. So, at that time, we were able to stabilize the currency because the dollar we got we had enough to pay for what we needed.”

Rohr wants Enyeama back to Eagles

Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr, has said he wants to bring back former team captain, Vincent Enyeama to the team. Rohr bared his mind on the issue on Thursday in Uyo as the Eagles prepare to take on the Taifa Stars of Tanzania on Saturday in an African Nations Cup qualifying match. The result of the game will not count as both teams have been eliminated from the 2017 race.
Enyeama had a year ago, retired controversially from the national team after a heated public disagreement with former Eagles handler, Sunday Oliseh.
Rohr, who said he had known the former Enyeama in the course of his stay in Africa, said he had contacted Enyeama twice since assuming office as Eagles coach.
“I have personally called him and I think we will need him after this weekend’s match. I am working to have all our players available for subsequent matches,” he said.
The German said he was favourably disposed at giving all Nigerian players the opportunity to feature for the team and bring football glory to the country. He added that he would ensure good team ethics, organisation and discipline in the team.
He told reporters that he was satisfied with the performance of the local players at the last invitational tourney in Spain, adding that he had already noted two of them for the Eagles.
The German who also reiterated his desire to live in the country, however, said that this would not disturb him from effectively monitoring the performance of Nigerian players within and outside the country.
He said, “I am ready to live in Nigeria but they are yet to get a house for me yet.”
On qualification for Russia 2018, Rohr insisted that a ticket could not be guaranteed but the task of qualifying was achievable with hard work and commitment from all stakeholders. He submitted that despite the tough group Nigeria is in, the country has enough quality to qualify from the group.
When asked how prepared he was to bear the inconsistencies of the NFF, he said that he had worked in more difficult conditions but expressed satisfaction with the commitment and honesty so far demonstrated by the leadership of the football house.
Current Eagles captain Mikel Obi expressed sadness over Nigeria’s inability to qualify for the 2017 AFCON. He absolved the players and called on all stakeholders to redouble their efforts to see Nigeria qualify for the next World Cup.
“All of us need to share in the blame of our non-qualification and not only the players but we have resolved to put that behind us and work towards getting our preparations right to be in Russia,” he said.
The Super Eagles defeated Akwa United of Uyo 3-0 in Wednesday tune up friendly.

We are feeling your pains, Buhari tells Nigerians

Buhari
President Muhamamdu Buhari on Thursday assured Nigerians that despite the various current challenges facing the country, Nigeria would be great again under his watch.
Buhari gave the assurance while speaking with Muslim leaders in Osun State shortly after joining them in the Zuhr prayer held inside the Government House after he inaugurated the N1.35bn Osogbo Government High School.
The President led the prayers and he was joined by the Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola; Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi; Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima; and the Minister of Communications, Wahab Shittu, among others.
Buhari urged the Muslim clerics to continue their intense prayers for the country, saying things would be better.
He reiterated his commitment to ensuring the safety of lives and property in the country.
He said, “I thank you for your prayers for the nation. God will help us to secure Nigeria and efficiently manage it. Please continue to pray for us. I can assure you that Nigeria will be great again.”
Earlier while inaugurating the 72-classroom school, Buhari had said with progressive governance system in place, it would only be a matter of time before more would be done that would quicken the pace of development in the country.
He said there should be substantial commitment of energy and resources to education by all levels of government, adding that that was how to renew the society and shape the future of the children.
Buhari said although change could not come on a platter of gold, his administration would do its best to deliver on the promise of change.
He said, “We promised the Nigerian people positive and progressive change during our campaign. We are not and shall not be deterred from that noble undertaking.
“But as we have learnt from history, change has never been attained by nation states on a bed of roses, but rather, through patience, perseverance and steadfastness.
“We are quite aware of the pains and inconveniences that have been the lot of the citizenry in the past one year as we strive to faithfully implement our programmes in fulfilment of our change agenda.
“We are, however, comforted by the real change and progress we have made in fighting corruption and restoring integrity to government; providing security for lives and property; and positioning the government for effectiveness and especially deregulating the oil sector.”
Buhari said he was determined to remain on track as his administration strived to deliver the country from past mistakes in fulfilment of its promise of improving the conditions of the people and making Nigeria a prosperous country.
Aregbesola, while thanking the President for visiting the state which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, said the people of the state were comfortable with his style of leadership.
He lauded Buhari for bringing integrity and hard work to governance.
Earlier, President Buhari had said he and members of his cabinet were quite aware of the pains Nigerians were being made to go through due to his administration’s resolve to implement the change promised during electioneering.
He noted that this was being fulfilled in Osun State by the dogged commitment of Aregbesola to educational development
The governor said the school was built with a Sukuk  loan (Islamic loan) at the cost of N1.35bn, adding that the cost was not reviewed upward despite the sharp drop in the value of naira.
Aregbesola said the school was three-in-one, adding that it was possible for the school’s structure to be removed from its present site and taken to another place if there was a need for it due to the technology employed in building the structure.

Bastian Schweinsteiger named in Manchester United's Premier League squad

Bastian Schweinsteiger in action for Manchester United
Manchester United have named Bastian Schweinsteiger in their Premier League squad for the 2016/17 season.
The former Germany captain had been deemed surplus to requirements by manager Jose Mourinho and forced to train away from the first team.
Schweinsteiger was free to leave Old Trafford prior to Wednesday's transfer deadline, but he stated his desire to stay at United rather than joining another European club and a move failed to materialise.

An emotional Schweinsteiger played his final international game in Germany's 2-0 friendly win over Finland in Monchengladbach on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old made his Germany debut in June 2004 and ended his international career with 121 caps and 24 goals.
Mourinho said last week it would be "very difficult" but not impossible for Schweinsteiger to feature under him for United this season.

Barcelona passed up deal to sign Manchester United's Paul Pogba

Paul Pogba could have become a Barcelona player this summer, according to the La Liga club's director of sporting relations Albert Soler
Barcelona's director of sporting relations Albert Soler has revealed the club passed up the chance to sign Paul Pogba this summer, despite having first option on the midfielder.
The France international left Juventus this summer after four years in Turin and completed his return to Manchester United - the club he left in 2012 on a free transfer - for a world-record £93.25m fee.According to Soler, Barcelona had first refusal on a deal to sign Pogba after securing an agreement with Juventus last summer which would give them priority on 23-year-old if the Serie A champions decided to sell him.
But Soler insists Barcelona's desire to pursue other transfer targets saw them decide against a deal for Pogba, allowing him to secure a move back to Old Trafford.
"Last year we reached a deal with Juventus for us to have a priority option when they sold Pogba," he said.
"This summer we decided that there were players that suited us better on a sporting level.

"The idea of the board was that nobody would be able to get ahead of us in the market.
"It allowed us to have options."

N’Golo Kante reveals Man Utd attempted to sign him prior to Chelsea move

N'Golo Kante (left) turned down the chance to join Manchester United this summer
N’Golo Kante has revealed Jose Mourinho attempted to lure him to Manchester United this summer prior to his move to Chelsea.
The France midfielder received a personal phone call from the United boss just weeks after helping Leicester claim their first Premier League title.
But despite holding discussions with Mourinho, Kante decided against a move to United and completed a £32m switch to Chelsea, where he linked up with new Blues head coach Antonio Conte.
"It was amazing to have Mourinho call me, even though I'd been warned before how he would appeal to me," Kante said.
"I listened to his arguments about why I should move to United.
"But at that time I was hesitant between staying at Leicester or leaving for Chelsea.
"My discussions with them were already well underway. But when I spoke, I had a good feeling with Conte."
Chelsea have enjoyed a perfect start to the new Premier League season, winning all three of their opening matches, with Kante completing 90 minutes in each game.

Chris Brown Releases New Song 'What Would You Do' Less Than 24 Hours After Deadly Weapon Arrest

Less than 24 hours after being released from jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, Chris Brown drops a new song titled "What Would You Do?"

The upbeat dance number – which was released on his SoundCloud page Wednesday – opens with the lyrics: "I've got some questions, some questions for you / I need some answers, answers from you / What do you do, fighting for your life when no one's on your side? / I can't stand to loose you, see you're in too deep with no where to hide."

That same day, the father of one hinted that he would be revealing a new music project. "Yo, you know all this b----s---- going on man, I'm just gonna turn the other cheek and drop some music," Brown, 27, said in a video shared hours before the song's premiere.
On Tuesday, Brown was involved in a 10-hour standoff with Los Angeles police at his Tarzana mansion after a woman called 911 claiming he had allegedly threatened her with a gun.

He was released late Tuesday night after posting $250,000 bail, according to L.A. County jail records. Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos defended his client on Twitter Wednesday, writing, "Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false #TeamBreezy."

Though the timing of the new song coincides with his latest incident, this is not the only new track Brown has released in recent months. In May, he released the first official single, "Grass Ain't Greener," off his forthcoming album Heartbreak on a Full Moon. The last album Brown released was Royalty in December 2015.

A release date for Heartbreak on a Full Moon has yet to be announced.

Paris Hilton Goes Glam at Her First Burning Man

Paris Hilton, Barron Hilton (Instagram)Paris Hilton and brother Barron look ready to take on Burning Man. (Photo: Instagram)

Since she’s been a jet-setting pop culture figure for more than 15 years (and an incredibly rich person for all 35 years of her life), one would think that Paris Hilton has hit every hot spot on earth. But one place she’d never been to is the Black Rock Desert in northern Nevada for the annual Burning Man festival, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Thankfully, the hotel heiress rectified that this week.
On Tuesday, Paris went from talking about her recent trip to Ibiza to telling her 13.8 million Twitter followers that she was “excited for my first trip to the #Playa! It’s going to be #Magical!” Of course, with that kind of declaration Paris had to add opulent and magical imagery, including a shot of the desert night with the word magic emblazoned on it.

While most folks make the trek to Burning Man in an RV, Paris and her crew hopped on a private jet, of course. That’s just how she rolls. And the festivities wouldn’t be nearly as fun without her squad of wealthy friends, such as football player Shaun Phillips, restaurateur Jason Strauss, and investor Robert Zangrillo, who captioned his own jubilant preboarding pic with Paris: “Bringing a Virgin into Burning Man.”

First-timer or not, Paris knew that as soon as you get to Black Rock City (the temporary community erected for the celebration), you have to roll around in that signature dust. “This is what happens when you’re a #PlayaVirgin entering into #BurningMan for the first time. #DustAngel,” she wrote on a video of herself getting nice and dusty.

One person not featured in the tarmac pic was younger brother Barron, 27, who looks like he is feeling the Burning Man vibes too.

And as any good “Burner” knows, you must have a well-lit-up bicycle to sport with your moon boots. And shades. At night. #BurnBaby, indeed. Have fun, Paris!

FBI Warns Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton Staffers to Beware of Foreign Spies in US

PHOTO: The J. Edgar Hoover Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) building crest is seen in Washington, March 18, 2011. Be careful when you're meeting new people in the nation's capital and elsewhere, because you could be a prime target for foreign spies.
That's the warning FBI agents gave to presidential campaign staffers Wednesday during two separate security briefings in Washington, D.C., according to sources.
While the briefings were portrayed as routine, they come amid increasingly aggressive efforts by foreign governments to access U.S. secrets and potentially influence upcoming elections here.
FBI Chief Responds to Concern Over Cyberthreats to US Election System
Top Intel Official Tells Americans to End 'Hyperventilation' Over DNC Hack but Calls Breach Potentially 'Serious'
Wednesday’s unclassified briefings were held just blocks from the White House, in the building shared by rival transition teams for Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, the sources said.
An FBI official described the sessions as voluntary "awareness briefings" provided to "low-level staffers" of the two major-party campaigns every presidential election cycle.
Each briefing Wednesday – a morning session for the Trump team and a later one for the Clinton team – lasted about an hour, ABC News was told.
One campaign source said FBI agents laid out a "standard best practices briefing," emphasizing it was "not precipitated by any particular [or known] threat."
Nevertheless, the FBI official acknowledged the unique threat environment facing the United States, particularly espionage efforts from Russia.
Officials acknowledged earlier this week that suspected Russian hackers successfully stole voter-related information from the election system in Illinois. Around the same time, "a known Russian hacker" instigated a cyberattack on Arizona’s election systems, but attempts to access the system failed, according to a spokesman for the secretary of state’s office in Arizona.
Meanwhile, the FBI is still investigating what appear to be coordinated cyberattacks on the Democratic National Committee and other Democratic organizations. Authorities suspect the computer-based assaults were likely launched out of Russia, according to sources.
The nation’s top intelligence official recently said it’s "not surprising" to see Russia trying to undermine the U.S. political process, especially because Russian President Vladimir Putin is "paranoid" about "the potential for a 'color revolution' to occur in Russia."
"They believe we're trying to influence political developments in Russia, we're trying to effect change, and so their natural response is to retaliate and do unto us as they think we've done to them," Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said in July at the annual Aspen Security Forum in Aspen, Colorado.
The last time two non-incumbents were major-party nominees for the White House – in 2008 – foreign spies engaged in espionage activity "like no other" presidential campaign before it, according to a document from Clapper's office cited by the Associated Press.
Leading up to that election, foreign spies "met with campaign contacts and staff, used human source networks for policy insights, exploited technology to get otherwise sensitive data, engaged in perception management to influence policy," said the document, which was used in a slide show warning new Obama administration officials that they could be targeted by foreign spies.
Wednesday’s sessions likely mirrored briefings that the FBI routinely gives to staffers working in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, and to others working in government-related affairs across the country.

Explosion Rocks SpaceX Launch Site in Florida

An explosion erupted during a SpaceX fueling operation at its launch site in Florida around 9:07 a.m. Eastern Time this morning, company officials and local authorities said.
SpaceX was in the process of conducting a fueling test on Launch Pad 40 at Cape Canaveral when the incident occurred, an engineer at Kennedy Space Center told ABC News.
The explosion happened "in preparation for today's static fire," which resulted in "the loss of the vehicle and its payload," SpaceX said in a statement.
The explosion was felt around the facility and a mushroom cloud could be seen over the launch site, the engineer told ABC News.
Video from the scene showed smoldering infrastructure.
There were no injuries as a result of the explosion, the Brevard County Emergency Management Office told ABC News. The office tweeted that "there is NO threat to general public from catastrophic abort during static test fire at SpaceX launch pad at [Cape Canaveral Air Force Station] this morning."
Brian Purtell, a spokesman for the Air Force's 45th Space Wing, which controls Cape Canaveral's space operations, said that personnel were being evacuated from the facility.
"Once we determine everybody is out of there, then we can go in when it's safe to kind of determine what happened," Purtell said, noting that SpaceX had a scheduled launch for early Saturday morning.
This is a developing story. Please check back for updates.

SPORTS:Free agents XI

Nicklas Bendtner, Emmanuel Adebayor and Mathieu Flamini are all free agents up for grabs
Nicklas Bendtner, Emmanuel Adebayor and Mathieu Flamini are all free agents up for grabs

The transfer window may have ended after a frantic Deadline Day, but free agents still remain an option for clubs throughout the season.
And while free agent Hal Ronson-Kanu sealed a move to West Brom, the available Emmanuel Adebayor is yet to sign for a club, despite rumoured interest from Fulham.
Admittedly, our team of predominantly veteran players may lack energy, but there is plenty of class on show should clubs feel the need to add to their squad.

We've gone for the unfancied 3-4-3 formation, and our XI - with a combined aged of 350 - is as follows…

Chelsea's 38 loaned out players

Antonio Conte's Chelsea now have a club-record 38 players on loan at other clubs
Chelsea now have a club-record 38 players on loan at other clubs after letting 11 of their squad go on temporary deals on Deadline Day.
Although their incoming transfers stole the headlines - a return for David Luiz and a £24m signing in left-back Marcos Alonso - the movement out of Stamford Bridge also makes for interesting reading.
Defender Matt Miazga, 21, was the last out of the door early on Thursday morning, heading to sister club Vitesse Arnhem after a move to Espanyol fell through, having made just two appearances for the club following a move from New York Red Bulls in January.
That story is a familiar one; Chelsea have 18 players loaned out under the age of 21, with just 35 first-team appearances between them.
The 38 total loanees are spread over eight countries and 14 divisions, towering over the rest of the Premier League's outgoing loans.
Next are Manchester City, with less than half at 17 loaned out players, followed by Liverpool and West Ham with 12.

Unsurprisingly, Hull are bottom of the pile with just one loaned out player, following an uncertain summer in the transfer market for the newly-promoted Premier League side.
Of those Chelsea players who were loaned out last season, only midfielders Victor Moses and Nathaniel Chalobah, and striker Dominic Solanke are in Antonio Conte's first-team squad for the 2016/17 season.
